Nutella yogurt! Need I say more? :-) Okay the strawberry smoothie was good and so was the original and again nutella!!! The girls behind the counter are great and friendly and definitely look like they work hard, tip them well!

The yogurt is always delicious but I felt like they were lacking the basic flavors (they didn't have chocolate or vanilla) they only carried flavors like chocolate churro... Not bad but I couldn't eat an entire serving of that. The service was sub par at best.

Not great. They had some machines down on the day of my visit, so four flavors were unavailable. It was clean and the girls behind the counter were fairly nice. There's little indoor seating and a few tables outside, but there weren't many people there to begin with, so there wasn't really a seating issue. But if you're from out of town, I suggest going to the art store next door with your pinkberry :) they have some really cool stuff to check out in there.

This used to be my 4 stars yogurt place until yesterday... When at 9:30 I went with my wife and a couple of friends to get a FroYo and the girl and boy working in it, informed us they were close (the hours are until 10pm) so we insisted it was too early to be closed, we still had 30 min left, amd they said they already cleaned everything..."sorry"... Too bad guys, very very bad! Came back again and one employee serving... This is a two men operation... Wasaayyyy too slow!

Walked in on a rainy day to have the shop all to myself. Having worked at a ice cream during my teen years, I have quite the eye for cleanliness. This pink berry is quite clean! I didn't know what to order, so I asked the associate what her favorite flavor was...Another girl in the back stock room popped her head and said, "Nutella or hazelnut chocolate!" She was very enthusiastic to share her opinion, I think the employee I originally asked might have been new. I am not chocolate fan so, I ordered a medium size cup of pomegranate and classic tart... (half and half) in my cup please. The taste of this yogurt place is perfect. Just the right temperature, where your cup isn't turning into soup in 30 seconds, but rather lasts during your walk around Ocean Drive. One thing I would recommend to this location or maybe all locations is an update on their menu. It should be a little quicker to scan with the human eye. Currently, it has options on the left hand side with ice cream + topping complete combinations, the middle has the flavor in a small vertical panel and then pricing on the right hand side. I believe since we read left to right. It should be in chronological order... you know the flavors then the topping and then pricing or maybe even pricing (with size) first, then flavor then toppings. Yogurt for thought. I mean food for thought.. ;) If you're into tart flavors I highly recommend you get a mix like I did: pomegranate and original.

This was my first time at Pink Berry in Miami Beach. I had Pinkberry once before but I didn't remember how good it was... its actually the best out there, even better than Red Mango which used to be my favorite. Yes its pricey, but quality comes at a price. Service was very good... the location is cool, right on Ocean drive and 13th. The only thing missing was a bit more variety in the toppings... and with variety I mean cookie dough... lol... PS: Have gone back twice, both times they have run out of some of the yogurt flavors. Not-OK with this. Seriously, learn to run a business. When you are out 2-3 out of the 5-6 flavors you carry something is wrong.

Ok. I like the New Jersey location that I've been to better. It seemed a lot cleaner in NJ. It wasn't very cold inside this location. I don't get that. Last year when I went to a gelato place, it wasn't cold either. I feel like ice cream, froyo, gelato places should all be cold inside! Anyway, I got the hazelnut yogurt in a cone with Nutella as my only topping. The way the Nutella was placed on the yogurt made it difficult to eat. I kept getting mouthfuls of Nutella which, don't get me wrong, is delicious but I wanted to be able to stretch it out so I could enjoy the deliciousness throughout a lot of my tasty treat. It didn't work out that way. I finished the Nutella pretty early on and had to make do with the rest. It was still good...just not the ratio I was going for. If I return to south beach, I will continue to look for a place that serves delicious frozen treats. My first two attempts weren't fabulous enough for me to look forward to a repeat visit.

I've been to about a billion froyo places and the only one that consistently delivers regardless of where you are is Pinkberry. This location is no exception. It's clean, great decor, the staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly their yogurt is the freaking best. It's not one of those self-serve joints where you put every yogurt you can and every topping you can and give yourself diabetes. All of their selections are perfectly paired and have some toppings that other places don't have, like nestle chocolate crunchies. Highly recommend this place because of it's sheer awesomeness.

Their machine was down, so they wouldn't honor my free pinkberry coupon. Just poor business practices.

Being on Ocean Drive, your prices can be only so low. Pinkberry sells good dessert is a clean, friendly and comfortable-feeling establishment. And being located where it is you should already expect to be paying extra. No complaints about this place. If you're vacationing or taking a day to live the vacationer's life on Ocean, worth a try.

Convenient place to grab a snack. The yogurt tastes good and they have a nice variety of toppings. I wish it was self-serve and then they charge you by weight.

A great little frozen yogurt shop on Ocean Drive. There are very similar stores like these all over the place, but this one has a small, clean minimalist feel to it that I appreciate. While they don't have a huge selection of flavours, each is pretty good on it's own. I found fruit flavours to be the best, particularly the pomegranate and mango, but they let you sample things before you commit.

Went there for their opening. The yogurt is quite delicious, definitely less sweet than others, but still flavorful and fresh tasting. For those used to the self service style, Pinkberry is more like your traditional ice cream parlour, where the staff do all the work. For clean freaks who worry about other customers making a mess or reach their hands into the toppings, this is their place to be! They have six flavors: the plain one, a few creamy ones like cookie n cream and chocolate, and a few fruity ones like mango and peach. You let them know what toppings you'd like - as many varieties as you like as long as they fit into the cup. Some toppings may cost extra but they do like you know about it instead of surprising you at the register. Topping wise, they do have some nice ones not found at other stores, such as Almond Roca, Valrhona chocolate pearl, waffle cookies and lemon cookie crunch. They even have fresh basil, I added some along w fresh pineapple to my yogurt and it's perfect for a beach day!

After a day out in the sun, I was craving froyo. So I whipped out my phone and hurriedly opened my handy dandy yelp app. Came across Pinkberry and saw a yelp deal that was currently posted at the time - buy 1 get 1 free!!! Excitedly, we skipped over to Ocean Dr passing all the Ferrari's and Lamborghini's, getting more excited than ever. After ordering our 2 froyo's, we showed the yelp deal to the worker and he called over his store manager. After making a phone call, he said the store wasn't honoring it. It was quite an upsetting moment, but worker gave me a lot of toppings, and manager decided to give us 10% off, so I forgave them and enjoyed my froyo happily.

They have a few flavors available and a bunch of wonderful toppings. Price is the best I've seen for yogurt and they don't weigh it. Add as many toppings as you want. Thats what I love. I'll will be back very soon!

The frozen yogurt is awesome here, its 5 stars. The flavor selection is a bit weak with only a handful of options. The main issue is the price, it's about $6 for a small which seems very high compared to other good frozen yogurt options around the area. Still a good addition, and on a busy street like Ocean they will do well.

It's just frozen yogurt but at least they do their own thing. The fruit is always fresh at this place which is a score.

THE BEST EVER!!! after coming here on grand opening I feel in love with this place. Forget about menchies or yogurt fruz or any other place for that matter. This is the best yogurt in town. Guaranteed! ! I promise you won't be disappointed. My absolute fav is the hazelnut chocolate! All the fruits are fresh and the waffle cookies are yummy...but most of all I must always have that cinnamon honey syrup over the whole thing. Yum yum yum... a must have to die for!!!

Yay first Pinkberry in Beach FINALLY!!!! I missed it so much since I moved from NYC. There was one in downtown I heard but it's too far from me to do a spontaneous walk-in. Now perfect - conveniently next to the former Versace mansion, I literally walk in whenever I have a craving. There are many frozen-yogurt chains/stores but I love Pinkberry because it's tart, less sweet, and lighter than others. Their flavor is more subtle side (or delicate, you name it) - just like a flavored 'yogurt'. I usually avoid a dairy food which often gives me a sharp pain to stomach/intestine but their scoops don't, which is a definite plus. I'm curious if those who have the same issue would have the same experience as mine with Pinkberry... PS: their flavors rotate - usually only 1 - 3 out of six flavors stay regular/longer than the rest. Two new flavors would arrive once in a while to replace similar kinds. Some fruity ones will be gone when new fruity/light flavors come in; I've seen watermelon, mango, pomegranate in past. The same is true with rich ones like caramel, cookie & cream, peanut butter, etc. In other words, do make sure to come back soon when you fall in love with one specific flavor - because it may not be around too long. It's a good practice to ask your server what's next :)

I love frozen yogurt and this place is the best place to find it. There are similar place but this is clean and you can eat your order just in front the shop. The fruit are fresh and you can add topics as you like. Their smoothies are hight qualities too. You can taste with a sample before to order. Great place!

Monday afternoon, two ladies working behind the counter and trying hard to please. One is obviously new and doing her best. Lime and pomegranate flavors were winners for us (the new girl recommended the pomegranate for my husband). Overall, worth the visit.

First let me say that the customer service here is AWESOME!! I had a check in coupon that I wanted to redeem, but before I walked in the store, my phone cut off and erased the coupon. I was livid!!! It was a buy one get one free, so I was going to treat my friend to a Pinkberry treat! The manager looks at my phone and I explained the situation, he honored the coupon anyway and we had the best frozen yogurt ever!!!!! I love their toppings and flavors. I wish I had one close to home. I would definitely recommend this place and I can't wait to return!!! See you next summer MIAMI!!!

I got ripped off at the store on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach. It cost $7 for a large, which is high to begin with. I got it to go so I didn't see what was in there until I got home. It was only half full. I wrote to the company. All they did was forward my message to the owner. I never heard from the owner. I wrote to the company again advising that I never heard from the owner, and I never heard back from the company. Not very good customer relations.
